Bowl Appetit! Workshops
We would love to have your group participate in the making of our Bowl Appetit fundraiser. The Bowl Appetit Workshops are free for groups of ten or more. Workshops take place at the Quincy Art Center and last an hour in length. We will start with painting previously made ceramic bowls that have already been fired in the kiln. We will then hand build clay bowls that will be painted by future participants. All finished bowls will be displayed and sold during Artoberfest, October 1, 2011. This fundraiser supports the educational programming of the Quincy Art Center.
Scout Troops: If you would like your group to earn a clay/ceramic badge or part of an art badge. I can tailor your session to achieve all or some of the requirements.
I am available to give a workshop Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. If you are unable to meet during these times let me know what would be convenient for your group. I will need to know a few weeks in advance of the date you would like to meet to be sure there is enough bowls available.
