NOTE: Professional Development credits are only available to licensed and certified teachers in Illinois, but unlicensed teachers may still sign up. PD credits are provided to participating licensed teachers after submitting a minimum of three photos of student pre-assessment activities and three photos of the post-assessment project in each lesson plan. Licensed classroom teachers are eligible for 3 PD credits; licensed art teachers or teachers who instruct multiple grade levels are eligible to receive up to 25 PD credits.

By submitting this registration and opting in to the Starting With Art (stART) Initiative for fall 2025, I understand that I am expected to implement the provided art lesson(s) within the 2025-2026 school year and submit the appropriate student pre- and post-assessment materials to Quincy Art Center no later than the given deadline. If I do not watch the supplementary virtual education materials and submit the required lesson assessment data on time, I understand that I will not eligible for the professional development hours granted by this program.
