Martha Walden at Quincy Audiology – Martha Walden is a self taught visual artist who has been drawing and creating these past several decades for her own enjoyment. This exhibit is representative of works completed over the past 15 years. As you will see, her style, medium, and palette have changed, though she is still partial to bold primary colors, and always likes to incorporate bits of ephemera in the pieces. She will have a table set up for visitors to create some abstract art of their own using a Gelli Press and acrylic paints, printed on quality hot press watercolor paper.

David Maas at Udry Jewelry – featuring a variety of 2-D works with subject matters ranging from close-ups, pop related figures, fish prints (yes, using real fish), and abstracts influenced by landscape, along with figure drawings “overdosed” with extreme foreshortening techniques.

She is enjoying semi-retirement making art and gardening.

Peggy Burchard-Ballard at Studio 433, Located above Washington Theatre – Peggy Burchard-Ballard’s collages come from years of acquiring old books, magazines and maps found at flea markets, online vendors, and antique stores. What does not work in one piece usually finds a home in another. Recently you will also find her creating watercolor paint in her studio where she stores a variety of earth and synthetic non-toxic pigments and supplies. Note: This studio does not have ADA accessibility. This is a working studio. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

All participant shops, galleries, and venues will feature local artists and provide unique programming and entertainment.
