About the exhibit:
Selections from the Permanent Collection of the Quincy Art Center will be on display at 1515 Jersey St., Quincy, IL, March 11 – April 29, 2023. In honor of the Quincy Art Center’s 100th Anniversary, 100 artworks from the collections will be on display representing the work of local, regional, and Internationally renowned artists that have been collected over the years. Enjoy viewing works by Fritzi Morrison, Wayne Thiebaud, Pablo Picasso, and more. The Quincy Art Center’s collection focuses primarily on works on paper by Midwestern artists, past and contemporary. The Art Center regularly exhibits works from their Permanent Collection throughout the year in on-site and satellite gallery spaces in Quincy. Join us April 15, 2023, 1 – 3 pm, for an open house style event where you can converse with the Art Center staff about the Permanent Collection pieces on display and learn about our other programs.
