Sandra Gottlieb is the artist behind The Art Center’s newest exhibit, “October Waves”. Gottlieb focuses on capturing fleeting moments in nature through her photographic studies of clouds, flowers, and waves. Her series, October Waves, beautifully captures the moment of the wave’s crest and trough, and everything in-between.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Sandra Gottlieb began taking on art at a young age. Through her years of studies in the arts, she has danced professionally in ballet companies throughout New York City, acted off-broadway and on daytime TV, and has had a successful career as a fine arts photographer.

The Art Center is FREE and open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM and by private appointment. To schedule a free private viewing, please call the Art Center at 217-223-5900. The Art Center is located at 1515 Jersey St. in Quincy, IL.
